I am also disturbed at the tactics that the Denali company has chosen to use. We know that the NCD is safe and highly effective. We have conducted four clinical studies and we have three more studies underway. All of these trials will be published in the medical literature. I have heard the lies that Denali is spreading through third parties. Once I have primary confirmation, I can take legal action. I do not believe that they are infringing on our patent, as they claim that they are not heating the zeolite. If we find that they are infringing on the patent, I will spare no expense to stop their production and force compensation for that infringement.

Our patented activation process removes all extraneous metals and empties out the zeolite cage - therefore removing any toxins that were found with the zeolite and 'activating' the molecule to be at its most effective. Understand that the zeolite molecule is, for all practical purposes, indestructible. Heat up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit will not crack the molecule and it can be frozen in solution and defrosted without any change in activity. It is also amphoteric - meaning that it exists just as well in an acidic or a basic environment. We heat the powdered zeolite at temperatures approaching boiling point in a slightly acidic environment. We cannot break the molecule, but the heat in solution lengthens the bonds. In essence, we are `bending' the bars of the cage. The slightly acidic condition allows for easy cationic exchange and allows any absorbed material to `fall out' of the zeolite. This material precipitates out of solution and is removed from the product. The solution is then cooled slowly over 24 hours. The only thing left in solution is the micronized zeolite in a molecular form and some small metals that remain in solution. These are: calcium, sodium, magnesium and phosphorus. These lighter metals migrate back into the zeolite and help stabilize the molecule. After ingestion, they easily undergo cationic exchange with metals that are higher in the affinity scale of the zeolite (i.e. Mercury, Lead, Cadmium, etc..).

If Denali is not using the patent, then their product must contain toxins and extraneous heavy metals. It would be my pleasure to analyze their formulation quantitatively - thus proving the contamination. Also, if they are using humates and fulvates as a mineral source without heating the solution and without a preservative - then they must be growing bacteria (at least camphylobacter). A simple microanalysis will show bacterial growth.

It's also ludicrous to suggest that they have a smaller molecule. Without heating the micronized powder, that claim is absolutely ridiculous. We've proven that the NCD contains no particle greater than five microns and we have consistent pore sizes because of our activation process.

Lastly, we have clinical evidence to support that the NCD does not lower concentrations of necessary elements, including: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. The one person from Denali who makes that claim has serious cardiovascular disease and is on several medications that are known to alter serum electrolyte levels. With hundreds of patients monitored in controlled clinical studies (not to mention the literally millions of doses of the NCD out in the marketplace) we have seen no issues with increased risk of heart palpitations.
